Gift voucher/s are redeemable in full or part payment for any merchandise at Lord & Butler only. 3. The gift voucher may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. 4. Under no circumstances can this voucher be exchanged for cash and change cannot be given for a product/service of a lesser amount than the transaction value. 5. A higher value purchase than the amount of the gift voucher can be paid with additional vouchers and/or an alternative payment method. 6. Lord & Butler cannot replace or reimburse the voucher value if it is lost, stolen or damaged. 7. Promotional discount codes & offers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. However, customers are able to use the value of the gift voucher against discounted products unless stated. 8. Gift vouchers are only available in sterling currency and cannot be purchased or redeemed by customers outside the UK. 9. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time where it is necessary to do so. Any such changes will be notified to customers in store.
